Courtney Ganem
Owner/Broker
Originally from New Rochelle, New York, Courtney developed a love for the South while earning her Bachelor of Science from the University of South Carolina. After spending time in the Palmetto state and then Colorado, she discovered the Hostess City and hasn’t looked back!
Prior to owning Ganem Realty, Courtney thrived in the fast-paced world of business development for global conglomerate, Barnes Distribution. She then made the transition into real estate and teamed first with ReMax Realty , then Johnnie Ganem Realty and Berkshire Hathaway before establishing Ganem Realty in 2019. Courtney’s experience across such diverse industries has enabled her to develop a unique insight and methodology when it comes to investment properties and assisting with relocation; a talent that is greatly valued by clients. Additionally, Courtney is an active Property Manager, as well as HOA Manager.
As a female business owner, Courtney actively seeks ways to collaborate within the community and prioritizes mentorship opportunities within the profession. She is deeply rooted in the Savannah community, actively contributing to a variety of causes. Courtney holds a professional membership with the Savannah Area Realtors.
Courtney lives on Whitemarsh Island with her husband, Vincent, son, Cruz, and two dogs: Captain Crunch the Pomchi, and Munchkin the mutt.
Stephanie Evans Director of Operations/Realtor
Originally from Northeast Ohio, Stephanie and her husband, Matthew, moved to Savannah in 2022. She started Evans Business Consulting LLC and works with small and large businesses, providing education and training. In her spare time, Stephanie likes to take photos of the scenic Savannah area and barrier islands.
Stephanie attended the University of Akron and Lakeland Community College, acquiring her Associates Degree in Business Management. Her extensive management background has assisted her in pursuing her Real Estate License and her current position with Ganem Realty.
